Return Policy

We stand behind our seat covers and are committed to providing quality products and service.


Warranty

BoothCovers.com warrants all seat covers to be free from defects in workmanship for 90 days from the original purchase date.

  • Warranty applies to stitching and seams only
  • Vinyl material is not covered under warranty
  • Cuts, tears, or damage are not covered
  • Damage caused by broken springs or seat hardware is not covered

Custom covers may be returned for repair of seams or stitching only.


Custom Orders (Important)

All seat covers are custom made to your specifications.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Refunds are not available on custom-made seat covers
  • Custom covers cannot be resold

Returns & Refunds (Seat Covers)

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No refunds or returns on custom seat covers
  • Repairs are available for qualifying warranty issues

Vinyl Fabric Returns

Vinyl upholstery fabric may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Fabric must be unused, uncut, no staple holes and in original packaging
  • A 35% restocking fee applies
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping must be prepaid

Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 14 days to process.

Returns for vinyl upholstery fabrics

  • Fabric can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of receipt of fabric.
  • A 35% restocking fee WILL be charged for all returned vinyl upholstery fabrics.
  • No returns on discounted vinyl fabrics.
  • Return shipping must be pre-paid and will not be refunded.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Fabric must be in new, uncut condition with original packaging.
  • A refund will be issued after fabric is received and inspected.  Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
